Record Keeping



What Information Must I Record?
Records for each child must be maintained on a permanent basis by the parent. These records should include, but are not limited to:
attendance data, assessment (test and/or evaluation) results, and immunization records.

Keep Your Own Records
Keep your own records with Home School Transcripts, Homeschool Tracker or a planner of your own making.

Have Others Keep Your Records
Independent and parochial schools can also keep records for you. See a list of umbrella schools.
